Kale and Avocado Pesto


This pesto is very quick and easy to make, and is full of vitamins and healthy fats! I love to serve it on top of pasta or on a slice of toast.

Ingredients


75 g curly kale

1/2 avocado

50 g fresh basil

1 lemon (juice)

50 g cashews

25 g yeast flakes

1 garlic clove

75 ml olive oil

1 pinch chilli flakes

salt

pepper

 

Method


1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
