Brussels sprouts are one of my favourite vegetables, and these are very easy to cook. Although may people are not the biggest fan of this vegetables, they will love it when roasted with the sweetness of maple syrup. Did you know that Brussels sprouts are very high in vitamin C and K?

Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch chilli flakes
1 tsp paprika powder
salt
pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Finely chop the garlic.
3. Wash the Brussels sprouts and put them on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup. Season with chilli flakes, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Add the chopped garlic.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
