Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
100 g oats
100 ml plant based milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch sea salt
1 handful dark chocolate chips
Topping Suggestions:
- Fresh berries
- Sliced banana
- Maple syrup
- Nut butter
Method
1. Put banana, oats, milk, baking powder and salt into a food processor until it turns into a smooth mixture.
2. Heat some sunflower oil in pan on medium heat.
3. Pour in 1/5 of the dough and sprinkle immediately with some chocolate chips, turn the pancake when it is not moist at the top anymore.
4. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
5. Serve the pancakes with your favourite toppings.
