Watermelon Summer Drink


To me, there is no fruit that is more suitable for summer than watermelon. It is fresh, it is sweet, it is absolutely delicious. This drink is actually very easy, but it will impress everyone. Give it a try!

Portions: 2 large or 3 smaller

Ingredients


500 g watermelon

1 lime (juice)

150 ml water

20 fresh mint leaves

 

Method


1. Cut the watermelon into large cubes.


2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend for 2 minutes.


3. Sieve the mixture to remove pieces of pip. Serve with ice if desired.
