Before heading out to pick wild garlic, make sure to check its main characteristics to avoid you from mistaking it with lily of the valley or autumn crocus, which are not suitable for human consumption.

Ingredients
100 g wild garlic
50 g walnuts
2 tbsp walnut oil
100 ml olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt
pepper
Method
Wash the wild garlic and roughly chop it.
Roast the walnuts in a pan without oil until golden brown.
Put the chopped garlic, roasted walnuts, olive oil, walnut oil and lemon juice into a food processor. Mix until smooth. Season to perfection with salt and pepper.
